Evästeiden käytön periaatteet
1. Evästeiden käyttö
Laki toteaa, että evästeitä saa tallentaa laitteisiin vain, jos ne ovat välttämättömiä verkkosivuston asianmukaiselle toiminnalle. Kaikki muut evästeet vaativat luvan tallennukseen. Kleeps24 (BCX Print OÜ) käyttää evästeitä verkkosivustollaan.
2. Evästeiden hylkääminen
Käyttäjällä on oikeus olla sallimatta evästeiden tallentamista tietokoneelleen. Jos käyttäjä haluaa hylätä evästeet, hänen on muutettava selaimensa asetuksia. Eri selaimet käyttävät eri menetelmiä evästeiden hylkäämiseen. Lisätietoja löytyy verkkosivustolta http://www.aki.ee/et/kupsised. Käyttäjän on otettava huomioon, että kaikki verkkosivuston toiminnot eivät ehkä ole käytettävissä, jos hän estää evästeet.
3. Mikä on eväste?
Eväste on tekstitiedosto, joka lähetetään ja tallennetaan käyttäjän tietokoneelle verkkosivustoilta, joilla käyttäjä vierailee. Evästeet tallennetaan käyttäjän selaimen tiedostohakemistoon. Jos käyttäjä on aiemmin vieraillut verkkosivustolla, selain lukee evästeen ja välittää tämän tiedon verkkosivustolle tai elementille, joka alun perin tallensi evästeen. Evästeet mahdollistavat tilastojen seurannan verkkosivuston käytöstä ja eri osioiden suosioista sekä muita toimia verkkosivustolla. Evästeiden avulla saadut tiedot hyödynnetään tehdäkseen verkkosivustosta käyttäjäystävällisemmän ja parantaakseen verkkosivuston sisältöä.
